Melania’s plea for Trump to control his swearing as he rips into Harris at rally

Melania Trump’s apparent plea to her husband Donald Trump to control his language fell on deaf ears on Friday night when she blasted Kamala Harris saying everything she touches turns to “s**t” .

The former president and Republican nominee attacked the vice president’s record before a crowd in Johnstown, Pennsylvania, claiming he had “no common sense” before noting that both his wife and the Reverend Franklin Graham had asked him not to use a “bad” language. .

Trump continued: “They believe in an ideology and — if you look at Kamala and you look at what she’s done in every place she’s touched she’s turned to shit. Every place he touched. I have to say, this. Every place he touched, you know?

Then he said, “You may have heard this, Franklin Graham is wonderful, and he wrote me a letter and said, ‘Sir, I like your stories and I like listening to your rallies, but please don’t use mistakes. language? Your speeches would be even better if you didn’t use foul language.”

Explaining that he does, however, sometimes use “foul language” to make a point, Trump said: “But there is an example. It’s not that bad of a word, but how can you blame that word for what I’m talking about? Correct? what word

“Any place it touches wouldn’t be pretty. People would – it would be a blow. It would land with a thud.

“No, and Franklin is probably right. I’m not sure I agree with him. But he’s a great guy, actually. But he told me that.”

Rev Graham is not the only person who has reportedly asked the former president to maintain some decorum in his campaign speeches.

Trump said that while he tries to avoid swearing to appease Graham, he was also warned by the former first lady.

He told the crowd: “Also, my wife says, ‘Please don’t use foul language.’ But it’s hard. You know, there are some words that cannot be duplicated. They can’t. I’m trying, but it can’t be duplicated.”

This is not the first time that braids have crept into this year’s election.

In May, Vice President Harris spoke at a summit for Asian, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander Americans, discussing mixed black and Indian heritage.

She told the audience: “We have to know that sometimes people will open your door and leave it open, sometimes they won’t.

“And then you have to break down that damn door.”

The sentiment was met with loud cheers from the crowd before Harris laughed and apologized: “Excuse my language.”
