Cohoes’ witness said they heard gunshots before the heavy police presence

There was a heavy police presence in Cohoes Wednesday night.

It was on the corner of Congress Street and Ontario Street, next to Munchies Deli & Grocery.

A witness said they heard three gunshots and saw someone running down an alley.
