Chicken Salad Chick will open a location in Littleton, Colorado

American fast-casual restaurant chain Chicken Salad Chick is set to expand its Colorado footprint with the opening of its first location in the Greater Denver area.

The new location, located at 7301 South Santa Fe Drive #320 in Littleton, is scheduled to open on September 10, 2024.

Owned by Maureen McFerson and supported by her husband, Luke Hadden, the Littleton branch of the Chicken Salad Chick will offer a wide range of dining options.

Littleton Chicken Salad Chick owner Maureen McFerson said, “Luke and I are excited to bring Chicken Salad Chick to Littleton in September.

“From the moment I first tried Chicken Salad Chick, I knew I had found a restaurant that offered more than delicious, made-from-scratch food. It brought a sense of comfort and home and that is the experience we want to create for our customers.

“My goal is to provide a space where the community can come together and leave feeling better than when they came. I can’t wait to connect with our neighbors and share our delicious menu items with them.”

The new venue will offer restaurant seating, an outdoor patio, takeout, curbside pickup, third-party delivery and catering services.

The Littleton location marks the brand’s fourth restaurant in Colorado and will join other locations in Greeley, Colorado Springs and Windsor.

There are also plans for a new opening in Johnstown.

Chicken Salad Chicken offerings include chicken salad flavors, salads, gourmet soups, sandwiches and desserts.

As part of the grand opening celebrations, the first 100 guests in line on September 10, 2024 at the Chicken Salad Chick Littleton location will win free chicken salad for a year.

In August 2024, Chicken Salad Chick announced that it would open a fourth location in San Antonio, Texas.
