Why Caleb Williams of the Chicago Bears will paint his nails again in the NFL

Caleb Williams is comfortable with who he is and has a bold fashion sense.

His purse made waves in the first episode of “Hard Knocks,” though many NFL players are now chic in Paris. Just ask the Cincinnati Bengals franchise QB, whose backless blazer went viral over the summer.

Another tradition that some fans, talking heads, and even some in the NFL scrutinized him for, especially before the NFL draft, was his tradition of painting his nails.

The Heisman Trophy winner has revealed in the past that it’s sort of a tribute to his mother, who has been a nail technician all his life, and started doing it in his senior year of high school.

On the “Pardon My Take” podcast, the Chicago Bears rookie quarterback revealed that he will continue the tradition as many were wondering since he didn’t show any nail polish in the preseason.

Why wait for the regular season?

“I’ve been doing it for so long now … I’m trying to make sure I can do it for (all) games because I’m running out of ideas.”

The Bears QB1 also makes it clear that he will keep it clean, even when pressed by “Pardon My Take” co-host PFT Commenter to paint things that would anger rival fan bases like “SMDGB.”

“I try to keep the good stuff on my nails,” says Williams.

The self-aware 22-year-old concluded when Big Cat asked him if nail painting motivates him, the rookie, who admitted he sometimes trolls fans, replied: “It turns me on… I can use other things to he encouraged me. “

If Williams performs at a high level, he will have Bears fans more than excited.
