After Latham Mandates 4 Days in NY Office in 2025, Other Firms Sticking to 3 Days, For Now

While Latham & Watkins will require New York lawyers to work four days in the office next year, the move to mandate more time in the office isn’t immediately catching on elsewhere in Big Law.

Representatives at several other big law firms based in New York and other cities confirmed they are sticking with three days in the office for lawyers — at least for now.
