Mass Weather: Dry conditions on the road after another rainy morning on Wednesday

Another wet morning is on tap for Massachusetts on Wednesday after intermittent rain drenched the state on Tuesday, though forecasters say a break in precipitation is expected in the afternoon.

National Weather Service forecasters say light to moderate rain is expected in the Bay State Wednesday morning. Showers will end between 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. Wednesday as dry weather moves west to east across New England.

In Springfield, rain is expected to fall until about 11 a.m., but in Worcester and Boston, the precipitation is expected to stop around 8 a.m., according to the weather service.
