Joplin Little Theater schedules production for children

(From Joplin Little Theater) Joplin Little Theater has announced its next production, “Once Upon a Crime” by Flip Kobler and Cindy Marcus.

The production will be directed by Bethany Newsom, and the production will be performed by children. Will justice be served in this hilarious fairy tale play full of characters we all know and love?

Goldilocks is the defendant, on trial for burglary. The plaintiffs are, you guessed it, the three bears. Is Goldilocks guilty or innocent? With multiple endings to cover every possible outcome, the audience can decide her fate.

Performance dates are Saturday, June 22nd at 7:00pm and Sunday, June 23rd at 2:30pm. Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for children 12 and under. Tickets will not be available online.

Tickets may be purchased by calling the Joplin Little T heatre office after June 3 at 417-623-3638 during regular office hours, Monday through Thursday, 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Tickets may also be purchased at the theater during regular office hours. The Joplin Little Theater is located at 3009 W. First St. in Joplin.
