Ghanaian actor Lil Win’s glory after producing the year’s most acclaimed film has turned to tragedy after an accident he was involved in ended the life of a three-year-old child.

After the accident, the actor appeared to be the victim with the least serious injury, allowing him to attend the premiere of his movie in Kumasi later that night.

The deceased’s family, along with many fans, described his appearance at the film’s premiere hours after the data crash as callous.

Lil Win arrested in a wheelchair

On June 3, a video of Lil Win’s arrest surfaced online. In the video, the actor was apparently wheeled out of a hospital and transported to a waiting police vehicle in a wheelchair.

Lil Win was taken to the MTTD of the Manhyia Divisional Police Command. Two people helped him, given his inability to walk after being discharged from the hospital.

He also appeared to be in a neck brace, which is often recommended to accident victims to stabilize the neck and prevent further injury.

The video of Lil Win’s arrest caused an online frenzy as fans took to social media to share their reactions to his condition at the premiere of his movie.

Earlier, YEn.com.gh reported that the family of Nana Yaw, the three-year-old boy who died following Ghanaian actor Lil Win’s accident, shared their displeasure about certain things as they grieve their loss.

Family spokesperson, Mr. Dacosta Boakye, in an interview seen by YEN.com.gh on @nda_media’s TikTok page, expressed his displeasure with the statements and actions of Lil Win’s publicist, Okyeame Akwaadaa Nyame.
