City of Tulsa pools are open to the public for the summer season

Tulsa families can now wade into any of the area pools.

All public pool locations opened on Saturday, bringing crowds of energetic children and families.

Some even shared why they’re excited that pool season is finally here.

“I’m so excited, this is the biggest pool I’ve ever been in,” said Amariyah Kerns.

:All the people. The community came out and actually used the pool because not too long ago, about a few years ago, there wouldn’t have been a turnout like this,” said Sydnee Kerns.

Families can enjoy the pool season until August 10.
